Warranty Registration: It is dealer’s responsibility to submit warranty registration within seven business days after the vehicle is sold to consumer. No warranty claim will be provided until warranty registration record is submitted to Bennche, Inc. Warranty registration record MUST include the bill of sale, PDI form, and warranty agreement signed by the consumer.
Authorized Dealer's Responsibilities: It is dealer’s discretion to validate the warranty coverage. Warranty repairs will be made at no charge for parts and labor to the consumer within warranty coverage period. Warranty terms and rights may vary from state to state. It is the dealer's responsibility to provide warranty on the vehicles sold from their dealership.
Vehicle Owner's Responsibilities: Vehicle’s owner must read and follow the instruction listed in the owner's manual to perform correct operation and maintenance for the vehicle. All warranty repairs must be pre-approved by Bennche, Inc. and performed by authorized dealers. Vehicle owner must keep a copy of all purchase and warranty documents, and also keep a copy of regular maintenance receipts.
Limited Warranty All new Bennche vehicles come with limited warranty. Warranty starts from the date of purchase by the consumer from the Bennche dealer.
Note! PURCHASING A VEHICLE IN THE CRATE, FROM AUCTION, FROM A BANK THAT HAS REPOSSESSED IT, OR WITHOUT THE PROPER SET UP WILL VOID ALL WARRANTY COVERAGE!
Every Bennche vehicle is built to exceptional standards. We back it up with these Limited Warranty Coverages. Parts are not under warranty if not listed below.
Electrical: Engine Control Module, Alternator, Regulator/Rectifier, Electric Shift System, Batteries
Cooling System: Radiator, Water Pump, Thermostat, Cooling Fans
Brake: Calipers, Reservoirs, Rotors
Exclusions: (Warranty Coverage Shall Not Apply) For any breakdown caused by collision, fire, natural disasters, riot, vandalism, explosion, theft, improper storage or transportation, improper repair adjustment or maintenance, using product as commercial use, modification made to the product, continuing to ride when the vehicle is malfunctioning, installing performance parts or components on the vehicle that changes the original engineering.
For the cost of parts and/or labor necessary to maintain the equipment as described in the owner's manual, including not limited to, engine tune-ups, adjustments, repair or replacement of parts for the sole purpose of increasing operating performance, filters, spark plugs, spark plug wires, glow plugs, wheel brake parts or linings, dry clutch disks, belts, chains, plastic/rubber/metal lines/hoses, wheels or tires, wheel covers, wheel studs or lug nuts, frame, battery cables, thermostats, or freeze plugs.
Note: Shredded belts or any bent parts will not be covered under warranty.
Warranty Transfer: Warranty is transferrable only when Bennche receives copies of the bill of sale, title transfer form, and the warranty agreement signed by the new owner. Warranty is not transferrable if vehicle is purchased from an auction or if it was repossessed.
